Entry is open to residents of New Zealand 18 years and above (Entrants). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, travel agents and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter is First Travel Group t/a YOU travel & cruise NZ. 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
Promotion commences 07 January 2026 and ends 19 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, Entrants must book and pay a for their holiday flying Air New Zealand via one of our YOU Travel & Cruise consultants as required within the Promotion Period. By entering, Entrants must also agree to the competition Terms and Conditions. Once an Entrant has booked and fully paid for their holiday (with flights flying Air New Zealand) with YOU Travel & Cruise they will be treated as having submitted one (1) entry into the Promotion. One entry per booking will be permitted (example: 2 passengers on one booking will equal one entry). Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt of the deposited booking.
The Draw from all eligible entries will be conducted at 10:00am on Monday 02 February 2026 at 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland, New Zealand. The draw will be conducted randomly using a certified process and the first two eligible entries drawn will be, upon verification by the Promoter, the Winners of the Promotion. The winners will be notified by phone and in writing immediately after the Draw. If the Prize is unclaimed or forfeited by 5:00pm on Monday 09 February, a second chance draw will take place on 12 February 2026 at the same place and will only include the original entrants. The winners, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing by email.
The Prize is 1 (one) of 2 (two) YOU Travel & Cruise voucher valued at NZD$5,000 to be used for booking a holiday flying Air New Zealand with a YOU travel & cruise NZ store. The voucher cannot be used for foreign exchange or similar. The Prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the Prize voucher and any travel booked using the voucher, including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, visas, insurance and all other incidentals.
The prize voucher is valid for 12 months and does not have to be used in one booking, though must remain with the same YOU travel & cruise NZ store throughout the process. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Prize values are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable.
The winner must be a minimum of 18 years of age, by accepting this prize they agree to having their name and photo used for promotional material by the Promoter. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. Any mandatory conditions related to taking the prize, including COVID-19 vaccinations or visa requirements for any travel outside of New Zealand, are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion. All travel booked using the Prize voucher will be subject to Air New Zealand’s Conditions of Carriage, which can be viewed at www.airnz.co.nz.
By participating in this Promotion, Entrants consent to the storage of their entry information on the databases of the Promoter. In addition, Entrants agree to the Promoter using their entrant details for the purpose of sending information on offers and promotions by mail, phone/SMS/MMS and/or email, for an indefinite period, or until such time that an Entrant notifies the Promoter, or opts out from receiving these communications.
Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
