Prize Terms & Conditions.
1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only, 18 years and above.
2. To enter, individuals must, book a full package holiday including airfares and land arrangements (hotel/resort and/or cruise) during the competition period with their preferred YOU Travel & Cruise Travel Advisor.
3. Competition commences on 20 July 20206. Entries close 12pm NZST Wednesday 30t September 2026. The winner will be notified by phone and email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The prize does not include international or domestic airfares, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, airport transfers, land transport, accommodation before or after the cruise, personal expenses, premium beverages, spa treatments, optional activities, laundry (where applicable), or any other costs not expressly stated as being included. Travel must be completed by the expiry date advised by Blue Lagoon Cruises and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates and peak travel periods may apply The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Once confirmed, bookings are subject to Blue Lagoon Cruises' standard booking conditions. Any changes requested after confirmation will be at the discretion of Blue Lagoon Cruises and may incur additional charges payable by the winner. The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including holding valid travel documents and obtaining adequate travel insurance. If the winner or their companion is unable to travel on the confirmed dates, the prize will be forfeited. No compensation, cash alternative or replacement prize will be provided.
5. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and the decision is final. Winners will be notified by Monday 05 October 2026.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to having their name and photo used for promotional material by the Promoter and/or Prize Supplier. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for YOU Travel & Cruise, and Blue Lagoon Cruises to use the winner’s name, town and photographs for publicity purposes but without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
10. The 4 night Blue Lagoon Cruise is subject to availability at time of booking, and the first date choice may not be available, should this be the case alternative dates will be offered.
11. The prize does not include any land transport or accommodation. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
12. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
13. Any cost associated with accessing the competition is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

The Prize Supplier is South Sea Cruises t/a Blue Lagoon Cruises South Sea Cruises Group, Level 1 Denarau Marina, Port Denarau, Fiji. Staff, families, agents and agencies of the Promotor and Prize Supplier are not eligible to enter.
