**Day 1: Nairobi > Masai Mara**
Short flight from Nairobi takes you to the renowned Masai Mara, where you will spend two nights at a luxury camp.

The Masai Mara Game Reserve is approximately 1510km² of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile riverine woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya. It is typical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife, It hosts over 95 species of mammals and 570 recorded species of bird.

**Day 2: Masai Mara**
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with expert guides, hoping to witness the greatest concentration of wildlife anywhere. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Mara from the pool or lounge area at camp.

**Day 3: Masai Mara > Serengeti National Park**
Fly to the Serengeti for three nights at a luxury lodge. The Serengeti is home to more than three million large mammals spread over the vast endless plains. It is here, at certain times of the year, that we may encounter the breathtaking spectacle of the annual wildebeest migration – also known as The Great Migration – where one and a quarter million wildebeest trek in columns of up to 40km long in search of grazing, drawing with them their predators and numerous other species of game.

**Days 4 & 5: Serengeti National Park**
Embark from camp on morning and afternoon (or full day) game drives. Each camp is perfectly positioned during certain months to witness the migration and also resident wildlife. Spend the days in search of wildebeest, zebra, antelope and the predators that follow.

**Day 6: Serengeti > Manyara > Ngorongoro Crater**
Fly to Manyara and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater. Spend two nights at your choice of luxury lodge. If you have visited the Ngorongoro Crater before, an alternative at this point is to instead stay at Lake Manyara Tree Lodge for two nights.

**Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater**
Spend a full day in the crater, the ancient volcano sheltering more than 30,000 protected animals. By night, enjoy sundowners, followed by a delicious dinner and perhaps a spa treatment or bath to round out the day.

**Day 8: Ngorongoro > Manyara > Kilimanjaro**
Transfer by road to Manyara and fly to Kilimanjaro.

As you hike through the lush green rainforest from the Machame Gate you realize that you have just embarked on an adventure of a lifetime! Giant tree ferns flourish underneath huge tropical trees decorated with Oldman’s Beard (usnea lichen) and pretty flowers including a variety of lilies and hibiscus. Colobus and Blue monkeys may often be seen jumping between these ancient trees with an abundance of birdlife and these forests are never quiet.
