Day 1/2 - Begin your adventure in Launceston, the largest city in northern Tasmania and a UNESCO City of Gastronomy. Enjoy top Tasmanian produce and cool-climate wineries in the Tamar Valley.

Day 2/3 - Drive from Launceston to Cradle Mountain, just over two hours away. Take time to explore Woolmers Estate, one of Tasmania's World Heritage Convict Sites, before immersing yourself in the wilderness of Cradle Mountain.
