Head to the cellar door for a two course lunch of fine Tasmanian produce matched with wines.

Become a sparkling wine scholar and discover the secrets of Tasmania's diverse grape-grown terroirs, varying climates and fascinating agricultural history. Sample the range of sparkling wines from the House of Arras, including vintage and non-vintage méthode traditionnelle wines.
