Day 1: Perth to Margaret River - 280km
Collect your rental vehicle and travel to the Margaret River region, via Bunbury, home of the Koombana Bay dolphins, and Busselton, famous for having the longest timber jetty in the Southern Hemisphere. Spend the next two nights at Smiths Beach Resort.
Day 2: Margaret River
Explore the wineries and beaches and sample the gourmet delights of the Margaret River Region.
Day 3: Margaret River to Pemberton - 176km
Drive along one of the state's most scenic routes - Caves Road to Pemberton. Stop to see Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, then make your way through tall timber country. Overnight Forest Lodge Resort.
Day 4: Pemberton to Albany - 249km
Visit the timber and art galleries in Pemberton before heading to Albany. Visit the Giant Tingle Tree and take a stroll along the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk (extra charge). Spend the next two nights at The Beach House at Bayside, Albany.
Day 5: Albany
Discover Albany, with a scenic walk along the magnificent coastline or visit the Historic Whaling Station.
Day 6: Albany to Perth - 420km
Return to Perth via Stirling National Park or Kojonup and return your rental vehicle.
