I have read and accept the terms and conditions of entry and agree to receive marketing communications from YOU travel & cruise NZ. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand 18 years and above (Entrants). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, travel agents and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter is First Travel Group t/a YOU travel & cruise NZ. 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland, New Zealand. Promotion commences 01 March 2024 and ends 30 June 2024 (“Promotional Period”). To enter, Entrants must log on to http://content.youtravel.co.nz.pages.services/YOU-subscribe/?ts=1707877104169 and subscribe as required within the Promotion Period. By entering, Entrants must also agree to the competition Terms and Conditions. Once an Entrant has submitted their completed entry they will be treated as having submitted one (1) entry into the Promotion. One entry per eligible email address will be permitted. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. The Draw from all eligible entries will be conducted at 10:00am on Monday 1 July at 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland, New Zealand. The first eligible entry drawn will be, upon verification by the Promoter, the Winner of the Promotion. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing immediately after the Draw. If the Prize is unclaimed or forfeited by 5:00pm on 8 July 2024, a second chance draw will take place at the same place and time as the original draw on 1 July 2024. The winner, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing by email. The Grand Prize is a cruise voucher valued at NZD$5,000 to be used for booking a cruise holiday on specified cruise lines with a YOU travel & cruise NZ store. A full list of cruise lines can be obtained at any of our YOU travel & cruise stores.
The prize voucher is valid for 12 months and does not have to be used in one booking, though must remain with the same YOU travel & cruise NZ store throughout the process. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Prize values are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. The winner must be a minimum of 18 years of age, by accepting this prize they agree to having their name and photo used for promotional material by the Promoter. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. Any mandatory conditions related to taking the prize, including COVID-19 vaccinations or visa requirements for any travel outside of New Zealand, are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion.
By participating in this Promotion, Entrants consent to the storage of their entry information on the databases of the Promoter. In addition, Entrants agree to the Promoter using their entrant details for the purpose of sending information on offers and promotions by mail, phone/SMS/MMS and/or email, for an indefinite period, or until such time that an Entrant notifies the Promoter, or opts out from receiving these communications.
