Picnic Among the Vines: Enjoy a self-guided tour of the museum, followed by a master class and premium tasting with Audrey Wilkinson wine expert. Then, collect your bottle of handpicked wine along with a picnic hamper and select a serene location within this 270 acre property to enjoy the picturesque view. Immerse yourself among the vines where you will feel as though you have the whole vineyard to yourself.

Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Flight: Reach exciting new heights with a hot air balloon flight over the Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest wine region. Enjoy scenic views of the vineyards, mountain ranges and local wildlife as you drift through the valley at sunrise. Following the flight, passengers return to Blaxland Inn to enjoy buffet breakfast with a glass of local sparkling wine.
