**Day 1 : Cuzco > Cachora > Chikiska**
Depart early from Cusco by private vehicle toward Cachora, traveling through scenic Andean landscapes. Upon reaching the Capuliyoq viewpoint, enjoy views over the Apurímac River canyon and spot Choquequirao in the distance. The hike begins here, descending mountain trails into a warmer valley environment. Along the route, observe changes in vegetation and appreciate the natural surroundings characteristic of this trekking circuit. By the end of the day, arrive at the campsite in Chikiska, where you will spend the night and prepare for the following day’s adventure.

**Day 2 : Chikiska > Choquequirao**
Start early by descending to the Apurímac River and crossing the bridge before beginning a demanding uphill hike. Along the way, stop at Santa Rosa for a short rest and a glimpse into local daily life. Continue climbing toward Marampata while enjoying views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. From there, the trail becomes more moderate as it continues toward the campsite near Choquequirao. If conditions allow, you may visit the archaeological sector of Pacchayoc, adding further cultural interest to the day’s journey.

**Day 3 : Choquequirao**
After breakfast, hike to the main archaeological complex of Choquequirao and spend the day exploring its most representative sectors. Visit areas such as the Usnu, the Priest’s House, Llamayoq, the Anan and Urin sectors, the Cemetery, and the Administrative Area. Throughout the visit, you will learn about the site’s historical importance and organization. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed within the archaeological surroundings before continuing the exploration. Later, return to camp, enjoy a snack, and rest before the next stage of the trek.

**Day 4 : Choquequirao > Playa Rosalina**
Following an early breakfast, begin the return hike toward Playa Rosalina. As you descend, pass through valleys and mountain landscapes where vegetation changes along the route. Stop for lunch before continuing toward camp. The trail provides opportunities to observe local flora and fauna while enjoying the sounds of distant waterfalls. Upon arrival at Playa Rosalina, settle into camp, enjoy dinner, and rest ahead of your final day on the trail.

**Day 5: Playa Rosalina > Cachora > Cuzco**
Begin the final day as early as possible and gradually ascend toward the Capuliyoq viewpoint. From there, enjoy views of the Apurímac canyon before continuing on easier terrain toward Cachora. After crossing the final valley and completing the trek, enjoy lunch before boarding the return transportation — either back to the city of Cusco or directly to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.
